Pilke Kattimatti offers warm-spirited and high-quality bilingual early childhood education to children aged 0-5 years in the Espoo district of Matinkylä.

Pilke’s language-oriented daycare center Kattimatti provides high-quality child-centered early childhood education and care for children aged 0–5 years at a warm-spirited daycare center. In our language groups we offer English-Finnish bilingual early childhood education according to the Finnish National Core Curriculum for Early Childhood Education and Care. Children learn English through daily interactions, games, stories, and songs. The language rich environment aims to benefit from a child’s natural early ability to learn languages and to awaken joy in learning and experimenting with language. Simultaneously it offers a natural environment for nurturing multicultural awareness and building a strong foundation for a life-long positive attitude to learning.

For us it is a priority to ensure that children get enough exercise during the day, and as a result children use our gym and climbing wall regularly. We make walking trips to our close surroundings, including the nearby seaside, forests, the local library, and other playgrounds.
